By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use ReonNet website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Japan. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
ReonNet will commence working on your project immediately upon receipt of payment in full or a lump sum payment (subject to an agreement). You will be charged the remaining balance once the project has been completed. Your website will go live when all outstanding invoices/payments have been paid. All other services offered by ReonNet will require full payment and cleared before work can commence.
ReonNet understands how anxious you might be to have your website up and running as soon as possible, and we are too. We will provide you with an estimate time frame of when your project is expected to be completed but sometimes some unforeseen circumstances may arise which may affect the approximate completion date and is subject to change at any time at ReonNet discretion or may result in the project going on hold.

Once we have completed and deliver your new website, you hereby acknowledge that ReonNet will not be responsible for the maintenance of your site, or any operations of your website unless you have maintenance service with us, in which the terms and conditions of our maintenance service will be in effect. You will also acknowledge that your website is a different identity from ReonNet and does not contain any of ReonNet intellectual properties.
ReonNet will not be held responsible for the list below and you will need to be aware of this.
ReonNet does guarantee the traffic that will be visited to your site nor the ranking of your site.
The appearance of your website may be slightly different depending on screen sizes which it’s viewed from. This is due to the different size of screens that is viewed by your visitors/customers from a desktop monitor, notebook, smart phones, iPod and tablets.
The loading speed of your website may vary depending on the internet service that your visitors/customers have. Visitors/customers with slow internet connections will take longer to load a page/section of your website compared to a visitor/customer who has a faster internet service.
ReonNet have the rights to decline any projects that may engage in any illegal or fraudulent business practices, encourage the violation of any laws which may cause harm to the public or to an individual.
ReonNet also reserves the right to refuse any projects that is related to gambling or pornography.
Domain, hosting, SSL, plugins will be provided for free with any projects for one year, where applicable. After one year, with any individual service that had been offered for free, will be subject to a monthly charge rate and amount payable one month in advance.
If you do not wish be charged for the additional services after one year, you will be required to contact ReonNet via email: support@reonnet.com one month prior to the one year period expires. Once the request has been received, we will cancel the additional service, in which you will you need to contact companies who provide the services and will be subject to their pricing rates.
Note: When ReonNet cancel the additional service as per your request, if no actions are taken to contact another provider for the service, your website may not be operational or may not operate effectively. ReonNet will NOT be liable for any damages, costs or loss of business.
The service only offers to clients whom ReonNet had previously build a website.
ReonNet may require to use Third Party resources to help with the project, this may vary depending on the acquisition of the project and will be added to their pricing.
At ReonNet we are always aiming to provide you with a quote that is within your budget.
The cost of a service may vary, this will depend on the size of a Project and will also determine the monthly cost of our Maintenance Service we offer. A representative Staff at ReonNet will provide you with a free quote during the initial point of contact and we aim to make you a special offer.
Once there is an agreement of costs established, ReonNet will send an electronic invoice of the payable amount for a project and include any other services that you request from ReonNet.
The email will also include a link to our secure online payment system or you can request/authorise ReonNet to process the transaction on your behalf from our office.
ReonNet accepts two types of payment methods online. Credit Cards and PayPal.
Note: By making payments to ReonNet you will agree to the use our services and agree with the term & conditions of ReonNet. You will also agree to an automated monthly payment from your credit card and subject to one month in advance payment for our Maintenance service.
For the back of the card; Security codes, which are normally 3 digits
Please note that the amount payable may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank regarding these fees.
In accordance with national and local law, your online payments from ReonNet will be taxed using the applicable sales tax.
ReonNet use American dollars for all applicable charges in accordance with the payment terms and conditions and/or payment plan mutually agreed upon.
Within in the first 24 hours of payment for the project or the required service, you may request to cancel by email to support@reonnet.com. You will be reimbursed of the full payment (less 10% service & processing fee). After this period, you may cancel the service, but you will not be eligible for a full refund.
Should you request to cancel after the 24 hours, you can contact support@reonnet.com. Monthly fees will be charged, and services will be provided in full for all paid months unless otherwise requested by you.
Cancellation while the project is in work in progress or after 24 hours of payment received will not be entitled for refund, and any work done towards the project will be subject to the property of ReonNet such as;
